The city center is about 1 hour by bus. The nearest public transport is the bus 530.
Here you only rent the double room with queen size bed and private bathroom on the ground floor.
Our dreamlike villa is 170 meters from the sea, has 165 m2 of living space, 4 guest rooms, 3 bathrooms, kitchen with American fridge with ice dispenser, dishwasher and open living-dining area, a pool, several terraces, well maintained grounds and a large, secluded Sea view roof terrace with sun loungers and free wifi.
Our dream villa is only a few meters from the sea! The wild and romantic rocky coast offers plenty of places to chill out. The swimming area with a stone deck and diving board directly into the crystal clear sea is only about 350 meters walk away from our front door :-)))
The beautiful sandy beach of Sa Ràpita with marina and beach restaurant is 1.5 km away (15-20 minutes on foot or 4 minutes by bike). It goes directly to the famous beach "Es Trenc" and you save on annoying parking and expensive parking fees. Heart, what do you want more?
If you love it lonely, there is also a small, hidden natural beach in the middle of a nature reserve - we will gladly show you where to find it ;-)
Along the coastal road are wonderful restaurants, cafés and bars where you can enjoy fantastic sea views and enjoy Spanish hospitality at reasonable prices.

So say the hospitable Spaniards and mine, feel at home with us, but please respect the privacy of the roommates!
You have access to kitchen, pool and terraces, but your private area is only your rented room. There are other guests in the house!
If you need to do your laundry, you may use the washer / dryer.
The use of the pool is at your own risk, parents are responsible for their children!
Our area is quiet, there are no pets in the house, so you can expect a relaxed holiday. Of course, your bed is freshly made and we will provide you with a small and a large towel for free. Please bring your own towels for the beach.
Sa Ràpita is located in the south of the island and can be reached in half an hour by car from Palma de Mallorca Airport. Mallorca is best to explore with a rental car. Please note: If you book a rental car, you must have a valid credit card that is in your name, pay with it and have it with you!
Free parking is available enough here! But please do not park directly in front of the entrance door and not in front of the garage entrance!
If you do not have a rental car, we can arrange a shuttle service to pick you up from the airport for a fee. Talk to us! You can also reach us by bus.
